How much is assessed as “Dues” per house?  The current rate per house per year is $90.00.  Dues are always owed June 1st and payable without penalty by June 30th. A $25 penalty will be added to the dues if these are not paid by July 1st. A lien will be placed and filed with the Macomb County Register of Deeds if no dues are paid

When is the annual meeting? The annual meeting is always in June. Please keep an eye out in the front of the sub for the sign with details. The meeting is held at the Macomb Twp Library located on 24 Mile just West of Romeo Plank. We always welcome more participation and feedback from the homeowners
